TURNAROUND TIMES:
Personalized orders will take up to 1 week to process and prepare for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so you can start spreading your PS!
Shipping times and rates are available for selection at checkout. Please note that Standard shipments via Canada post are 2-7 days, but at this time they are experiencing delays. Where possible, select local pickup or our Toronto Hand Delivery.
For custom stationery items, such as wedding suites or other event stationery, project timelines will be discussed individually with each customer.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP at mth:
Our kind friends at mth, a local children's shop in our neighbourhood, allow Postscript customers to pick up their order at their shop at 1062 Yonge Street in Toronto. They are open 11-4pm, Tuesday - Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. This option is free! An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. During the lockdown, curbside pickup will still be available.
LOCAL TORONTO HAND DELIVERY:
For a greener shipping option to customers who live close by, we offer a local hand delivery to places falling within the Toronto Hand Delivery Zone. The cost for hand delivery is a flat $5 fee, and it includes delivery to one address only per order.
